5th Alarm Box 3246 on 1-17-04, The Location, 3030 Emmons Ave. in the Sheepshead Bay section Brooklyn. Fire started on the 2nd floor of this huge apartment house.
Fire started to darken down, But it traveled through the pipe recesses in the kitchen & bathroom to the upper floors. Fire quickly spread through the cockloft, & through the roof.
The rear of the fire building was the bay & firefighters had no access to exposure# 3. 300 firefighters & 60 pieces of equipment were needed to bring this Five Alarm Plus under control!

The whole top floor is fully involved in this wing of the fire building!

2 people were killed & 11 firefighters were injured!

An exterior Attack is in operation!
